Iceni Marksmen Shooting Competition
28 September 2025
We will be holding a HANDICAP shooting competition on Sunday 28th September (over a 30 target course, normal rules one shot per target). All Iceni members are very welcome to join in; any member who does not have a current or provisional Handicap is welcome to join in with the Scratch competition. Prizes will be given for the following:
Best scratch shot.
Runner up scratch shot.
Best Low Handicap (Handicap between 1 and 5).
Best High Handicap (Handicap between 5 and 10).
Golden Bunny.
Pairs will be drawn at 09:45 shooting commencing at 10:00. Prize giving will be at completion of shooting.
One prize per winner plus the Golden Bunny.
The handicap competition will be scored as follows. (Your handicap will be added to your score to give you an overall score) i.e.:
A shooter with a handicap of 6 who scores 20 targets will have an overall score of 26. (Ties will be decided on the plinking range).
